We know that keeping our customers’ tools in excellent working condition is very important. This is why we added a 100′ X 75′ expansion in 2006 for our tool room department. We have all the tools required to maintain our customers’ tooling. We have CNC milling machines, surface grinders, Blanchard grinders, drilling machines, lathes, etc.
Engineering Changes
We have full reverse engineering capabilities. We can digitize any sections. We create the model using our CAD (Mastercam 3D, 2020) software, and then we run the program using our CAM software. For CMM, we use Rhinoceros 7 for 3D design, reverse engineering, and 3D modeling.
